What the app stores
One thing: a list of calendar dates on which you pressed the button, plus your settings (a reminder time, if you set one, and a hemisphere for seasonal trees). This lives in the app's storage on your device only. It may be included in your device's own iCloud or local backup, which Apple manages under your Apple account and which we cannot access.
What leaves your device
Nothing. The app contains no networking code. There is no server, so there is nowhere to send anything. Everything the app shows (plants, the forest, statistics) is computed on your device from the list of dates.
What we can see about you
Nothing. We have no accounts, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no way to know you exist unless you email us. Apple provides developers with anonymous, aggregated download statistics; that is the extent of it.
Permissions
The app can ask for exactly one permission: notifications, and only if you choose to set a daily reminder during onboarding. The reminder is scheduled locally on your device. Declining or skipping changes nothing else about the app. There is no camera access, no location access, no contacts, no microphone, no photo library.
Sharing your forest
The share card is an image rendered on your device and handed to the system share sheet. You choose where it goes. We never see it.
Purchases, if they ever exist
The app is free and currently sells nothing. If optional cosmetic packs are added later, payment would be processed entirely by Apple through your Apple account; we would receive no payment details, only Apple's anonymous sales reports.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, which includes children. There is nothing here to consent to.
Deleting your data
Delete the app. That's the whole procedure, because your device is the only place the data exists.
Changes
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this page, the policy will be updated here before that version ships, with the change stated plainly at the top.
